Donald Trump Jokes About Getting the Congressional Medal of Honor for Sex With Multiple Women
More unearthed tapes. Donald Trump joked about being awarded the Congressional Medal of Honor for having sex with multiple women during a 1998 appearance on Howard Stern's radio show.
The May 7, 1998, appearance features the Republican presidential nominee, 70, comparing having sex with many women to going into battle in Vietnam. The conversation begins with the 62-year-old radio host asking Trump whether he ever worried about contracting diseases from the women he slept with.
“Let’s say you’re with a hot chick, right?” Stern starts. “But you’re so germ paranoid, and I’m germ paranoid, do you say to them, ‘Look, you’ve got to go take a medical test before I do you’?”
“Well, you’d like to say that, and sometimes you do,” Trump responded. “The problem is that sometimes your own chemicals take over and you can’t wait.” The real estate mogul then notes that “there’s lots of different ways of” avoiding disease.
“It’s a very complicated subject,” he said. “They say that more people were killed by women in this act than killed in Vietnam, OK?” Stern agrees, then adds, “I even went as far to say that you’re braver than any Vietnam vet because you’re out there screwing a lot of women.”
“Getting the Congressional Medal of Honor, in actuality,” Trump said confidently. (The Medal of Honor is the highest military honor in the U.S. and is awarded for personal acts of valor above and beyond the call of duty.)
The GOP presidential hopeful also called women’s vaginas “potential landmines,” noting that “there’s some real danger there.”
Trump’s explosive remarks have resurfaced following a week in which the former Apprentice host has been accused of sexual assault and inappropriate touching by numerous women, claims that he has vehemently denied.
In a more recent clip from a 2006 show, Trump and his daughterIvanka, then 24, laugh when Stern jokingly calls the businessman-turned politician a sexual predator.
“Donald, seriously, you know about sexual predators and things like that,” Stern said at one point, before his cohost Robin Quivers quipped: “You are one!”
Instead of being offended or denying the claim, Trump smiled and appeared to say, “That’s true,” twice, as Ivanka laughed and patted him on the back.
