You’ve got the wrong girl! Dakota Fanning revealed during a Monday, October 17, appearance on The Late Late Show that she is often mistaken for either Mary-Kate or Ashley Olsen.

During her chat with show hostJames Corden, the American Pastoral actress, 22, opened up about her love for Full House and its two most famous stars.

“I love Full House, of course!” she said, turning to her fellow Late Late Show guest John Stamos (a.k.a. Uncle Jesse). “I watched all their movies that [the Olsen twins] made. We all went to the same high school at different times, and I’m friends with their younger sister [Elizabeth Olsen].”

Incidentally, Fanning is reminded of MK and Ash, both 30, on a regular basis, thanks to a pesky neighbor in New York City who apparently thinks she’s a dead-ringer for the stylish sisters.

“It’s funny, they come into my life a lot because there’s a man that lives — well, I don’t know where he lives — but he stands on my corner in New York where my apartment is, and he always would say to me, ‘Hey Olsen! Hey Olsen!’”

“Is it Bob Saget?” Stamos, 53, asked Fanning, jokingly referring to his close pal and Full House costar.

After the former child star assured Stamos and Corden, 38, that the man who stands outside her home and calls her an Olsen is not Danny Tanner, she continued: “He would say, ‘Hey Olsen! Hey Olsen!’ and I would just keep going because then I’m the crazy person that’s like, ‘I’m not an Olsen!’ I didn’t want to engage.”
