Mom Dresses Her Twins as Kardashians, Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton

Katie Stauffer’s 23-month-old twins Emma and Mila were born on October 31. So it’s only fitting that the toddlers from Gilbert, Arizona, have soared to internet stardom for their coordinating Halloween costumes.
Since their mom began sharing photos on Instagram in August, Emma and Mila have dressed up as Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump, Kim and Kourtney Kardashian and Barb and Eleven from Netflix’s sci-fi hit Stranger Things. The most-liked ensemble: when the sisters posed as Piper Chapman and Red from Orange Is the New Black on September 25.

Stauffer, who spends no more than $45 on each outfit, says nailing the perfect shot can be a challenge. “Sometimes I have trouble getting them to stay in one place,” says the 38-year-old escrow officer. “But they never protest, like, ‘We don’t want to do this,’ because they’re only 1! They are really good about wigs and stuff thanks to Tangled. They think they are Rapunzel.”
And though there haven’t been any major meltdowns, Stauffer says Mila refused to wear pants when she dressed up as Democratic presidential candidate Clinton. “I try not to do push them to do stuff, so I was like, ‘Fine, we’ll just do it in a dress, even though Hillary never wears dresses.”

Of course the big question is: What will Mila and Emma be for Halloween? “I have no idea,” Stauffer tells Us. “Literally things come to me last minute.”

Ryan Lochte: Swimming Suspension Makes Me Stronger — ‘I Will Have Drive and Purpose’

Ryan Lochte is moving on and growing from his Summer Olympics scandal. In an exclusive new interview with Us Weekly, the 12-time medalist opens up about the incident in Rio de Janeiro last August that left him suspended from swimming for 10 months, without his millions of dollars worth of sponsors and more. Find out what he said in the video above, and detailed below.
“The suspension forces me to take a mental break,” the swimmer reveals in the new issue of Us. “I guarantee I’ll be a better swimmer. I will have drive and purpose.”
“I don’t think my suspension was fair,” Lochte adds. “Getting endorsements [for Speedo, Ralph Lauren, Airweave and Gentle Hair Removal, worth millions] pulled, I don’t think was right.”
As previously reported, the Olympic athlete, 32, has been suspended from all swimming competitions after embellishing claims that he and three teammates were robbed at gunpoint. Law enforcement in Rio reported that the Olympian had “fabricated” his tale and charged him with filing a false report after video surfaced showing the athletes vandalizing a gas station bathroom.
“The behavior of these athletes was not acceptable,” USOC CEO Scott Blackmun said in a statement to Us after instituting the punishment, which went into effect immediately, last month.
That said, Lochte, who is currently competing on season 23 ofDancing With the Stars alongside pro Cheryl Burke, notes he has learned from his mistakes and wants to redeem himself.
"I don't want people to just remember me for this incident — I will change that," he tells Us.
Pick up the latest issue of Us Weekly, on newsstands now, to find out if Lochte’s teammate Michael Phelps came to his aid, whether he’s heading to the Tokyo Olympics in 2020 and all the details behind his recent engagement to model Kayla Rae Reid.

Cher: 'I've Never Really Been in Love With Cher'

Cher is a global pop icon who has been in the music industry for more than five decades, but she admitted in a new interview on the Today show that she isn't necessarily her own biggest fan.
"I've never really been in love with Cher," the 70-year-old singer toldMaria Shriver on the NBC morning show on Wednesday, October 19. "She's all right, but it's like, I'm not a huge fan. I'm not a Cher fan."
She added, "I just don't know how to accept [getting older]. I don't want to either, but I don't really know how to. I look in the mirror, and I see this old lady looking back at me. I have no idea how she got there. If I put 70 candles on my cake, I would blow my brains out, you know?"
Despite her thoughts on getting older, Cher isn't showing any signs of slowing down just yet. She announced a residency-esque 2017 tour called Classic Cher on Tuesday, October 18. The tour kicks off in February with nine shows at the Park Theater at Monte Carlo in Las Vegas before traveling to Washington, D.C.'s The Theater at MGM National Harbor for six dates in March. She then goes back to Vegas.
"I didn't want to be finished [performing]," the "If I Could Turn Back Time" singer said on Today. "I didn't want to be through with singing, and I knew that this would probably be the last time. My voice is still really good. I'm still active and running around. I can still fit into my costumes. I thought that this is probably ... it's now or never."
Cher previously stated that she was done touring in 2002 when she embarked on the Living Proof: The Farewell Tour. The tour proved to be a commercial success and was extended multiple times, ultimately ending in April 2005 with a record-breaking 325 dates. (Cher later had a three-year residency at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, and a 2014 U.S. tour.)
"I say you have to be like a bumper car and you hit the wall, and you back up, and you go a different way — and then you go at the wall again," she said Tuesday. "The only thing I know is not to give up. I don't know anything else."

Chris Pratt Smolders in First 'Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2' Teaser: Watch!

They're baaack! Chris Pratt's Star-Lord returns in the first teaser trailer for Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, which dropped on Wednesday, October 19. Check it out in the video above!
The quick clip is jam-packed with action, explosions and, of course, laughs. In particular, Star-Lord and Drax (Dave Bautista) share a humorous exchange as Blue Swede's 1974 hit "Hooked on a Feeling" plays in the background.
"There are two types of beings in the universe: Those who dance and those who do not," Drax says.
"I get it, yes," Star-Lord replies. "I am a dancer, Gamora [Zoe Saldana] is not.”
Drax quips: "You just need to find a woman who is pathetic… like you."
Guardians of the Galaxy broke box office records when it earned more than $500 million globally in 2014. Stars also reprising their roles in its sequel include Saldana, Karen Gillan (Nebula), Chris Sullivan (Taserface) and Bradley Cooper, who voices Rocket.

Pratt, 37, hit the gym hard before working on both films. Back in 2014, he lost 60 pounds for the first flick, and showed off his abs in a now-famous shirtless Instagram photo.
"Six months no beer," he captioned a gym pic at the time. "#GOTG Kinda douchey to post this but my brother made me."
Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 hits theaters on May 5.

Angelina Jolie and Her Kids Were Interviewed by the FBI Regarding Brad Pitt's Alleged Plane Altercation: Report

Angelina Jolie and her six kids were reportedly interviewed by the FBI on Tuesday, October 18. According to TMZ, law enforcement officials questioned the Oscar-winning actress, 41, and the children at their rented Malibu home in an attempt to figure out what happened between Brad Pitt and Maddoxduring their alleged altercation on a private plane last month.
As previously reported, Pitt, 52, and the 15-year-old reportedly got into a physical argument before their jet stopped for fuel at Minnesota’s Falls International Airport on September 14. The alleged altercation led Jolie to file for divorce from the actor on September 19, sources previously told Us
TMZ reports that the FBI spent three hours interviewing the family. The FBI previously told Us Weekly the agency is looking into allegations of child abuse, and is “continuing to gather facts” to “evaluate whether an investigation at the federal level will be pursued.”
According to the site, the FBI is attempting to figure out where the altercation occurred, considering the plane may have not been in U.S. airspace.
Jolie was reportedly cooperative and Pitt was not present. As previously reported, Pitt has been equally as cooperative throughout the investigation. A source previously denied to Us that anything physical happened.
The news comes after Us Weeklyexclusively revealed that Maddox bailed on spending time with Pitt during his first visit with his kids on October 8, which was monitored by a therapist. “He chose not to go and stayed with Angie,” a source told Us of the estranged spouses' eldest child.
As previously reported, it is unlikely the FBI will press a case against Pitt.
